Intel has announced the release of a new chip designed for bitcoin mining. It will hit the market in the third quarter 2022 of the year and will be called the Intel Blockscale ASIC.

Each Blockscale ASIC chip will provide hash rates up to 580 GH/s with energy efficiency 26 J/TH. The main qualities of the chip are declared stability and energy efficiency.

Earlier, the Ministry of Finance called it senseless to ban household mining in Russia. Alexei Yakovlev, Deputy Director of the Department of Financial Policy of the Ministry, emphasized that it is also necessary to concentrate on the development of industrial mining.
