Diar: Transaction Commissions In Bitcoin Network Decreased To The Level Of 2014
A research company Diar published a new report, according to it, transaction commissions in Bitcoin network keep dropping to the level of 2014.
Regardless to the fact that the number of transactions in the network of the first crypto currencies reached the level of January, 2018, transaction commissions remain at one of the lowest levels.
It is noteworthy that 2018 became the year of records in terms of the number of transactions on crypto trading platforms and trading volume on crypto currency exchanges. The researchers also note that the trading volume will be smaller in 2019 than in 2017, regardless to the fact that it is expected that the number of crypto currencies will increase.
This forecast is confirmed by January’s data: trading volume hit the record minimum both on centralized and decentralized exchanges. Although, it might come from traders’ preferance to OTC trading because of higher level of liquidity on such platforms.
