Propy Has Closed The First Deal With Real Estate On Blockchain In EU
A decentralized real estate and land rights registration marketplace Propy announced the first sale of real estate on blockchain in Europe.
A seller from Spain and a buyer from France closed a real estate deal, the settlement was carried out in Ethereum.
According to CEO Propy Natalia Karayaneva, the blockchain platform allows you to conclude international real estate deals in the form of a common online transaction, which greatly simplifies the whole process.
Note that the California-based company Propy conducted the first transaction using smart contracts in March 2018. Then a resident of Vermont sold his land to a joint stock company.
Recall that in June, the elite real estate company Hilton & Hyland announced the sale of a Roman mansion of the XVI century on Propy.
