Poloniex Exchange Presented New Mobile Apps
A popular bitcoin exchange Poloniex presented new versions of mobile apps for devices running iOS and Android which, as it is promised, will offer the users better cryptocurrency trading experience. This is said in the blog of Circle, exchange’s parent company.
New versions of Poloniex mobile apps are localized and available in 9 languages. They also offer improved mobile identification process, as well as improved verification and logging in.
At the same time, the exchange representatives have provided a report about some achievements made during the last months. In particular, it is claimed that Poloniex managed to reduce the backlog of support tickets by 97%, the exchange is planning to resolve all outstanding tickets by the end of the year.
It is also highlighted that the exchange had to improve infrastructure in terms of tech and software to solve many issues. Pouring money into support service allowed the exchange to respond to more than 80% of new inquiries same day, solving the issues themselves takes twice less time now.
In most of cases, reliability of deposit and withdrawal mechanisms was the issue making the users to contact support service, to increase it, the exchange has improved cryptocurrency assets and wallets storage infrastructure. At the same time, $12 million were brought back to users’ wallets.
To recap, earlier this month, Poloniex announced that its American users would be deprived of a right to trade using leverage and to provide loans to margin traders via Lending options. The exchange claims that this step allows it to to keep abreast with the evolving regulatory environment.
