Ethereum Has Lost 30% Over a Week
Ethereum price has decreased to $170 per token. This is its all-time low since May, 2017. Ethereum has lost 30% of its price during the previous seven days.
All the main cryptocurrencies are becoming cheaper, but Ethereum exceeds all of them. One of the most probable causes is that the start-ups which attracted investments in Ethereum during their ICOs sell the tokens now. Most of them do not have enough of income to finance operating activities.
Ethereum creator Vitalik Buterin offers the industry’s players to avoid going into panic mode. Mad rallies similar to last year’s one won’t take place in the market – now the prices are determined by blockchain-projects’ achievements, and Buterin doesn’t doubt that blockchain is the future.
